All content on this website, including but not limited to photographs, images, text, logos, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Andrea Ianneo and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

No image or content may be used for commercial purposes without prior written consent. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Sharing images on social media is permitted only if clear credit is given to Andrea Ianneo and a link to this website is provided. Altering, cropping, or removing watermarks from the images is strictly prohibited. 

3. Product Sales

We offer photographic books and prints for sale through our website. All product prices are listed in EUR (€) and are subject to change without notice. Prices include VAT where applicable. For international orders outside the European Union, the recipient is responsible for any local customs duties or import taxes that may apply at the destination.

4. Refund Policy

We take great care to ensure that our products arrive in perfect condition.

Damaged Items: If a product arrives damaged, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

Fine Art Prints: Pursuant to Art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code (Codice del Consumo), the right of withdrawal is excluded for "made-to-order" or clearly personalized goods. As each print is produced specifically upon your request, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Books: For non-personalized items (e.g., standard books), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in its original, sealed condition at your expense.

5. Privacy and Data Collection

We collect personal information through enquiry forms and newsletter sign-ups, including names, email and addresses. This data is stored securely and will never be shared or sold to third parties.
